This is more me playing around and is by no mean accurate until confirm in the series and I will edit this has I go.

Plasma Cannon
Mark 1 (Fighters / Shuttles / Point Defence[Quads] )
Mark 2 (Turret Mounted in Capital ships)
Mark 3 (Fore and Aft Torpedo)
Mark 4 (Board Side Weapons)
Mark 5 (Long Range)

Jump Drives
Mark 1 (Used in JKKK with no power Source works with enyger banks only
Mark 2 (Used in ships 1-5 Tons)
Mark 3 (used in Ship 5-50 Tons)
Mark 4 (Used in ships 50-500 Tons)
Mark 5 (Used in ships 500-5000 Tons)

I'd stay away from tonnage, as who really knows how heavy 9 meters of armored hull would be...

Jump Drives
Mark 1 - for JKKV (possibly Super Eagle)/ no dedicated power source / energy banks pre-charged on launch
Mark 2 - Mini Jump drive for Shuttles / Fighters
Mark 3 - Multiple generator units placed on Scout / Attack ships
Mark 4 - Big generator units for Frigates and up to Cruisers (like Aurora original?)
Mark 5 - Multiple big generator units (for redundancy?) on Cruisers and up. (like Celestia Now)
Mark 6 - What was used on the Karuzara... because really big / multiple really big
