In Episode 3.10. (I think it was the end of chapter 8) Dominic and Vlad came to Nathan to present the concept of miniaturized cloaking device. When they entered, the concept was presented by Vlad and Deliza (which was at that time on mission with Josh looking for Cotta). Is it possible that it is a mistake in the script, or rather she was talking on coms? There was no indication of any connection to her, hence my question.

are you sure it was Deliza?  I thought it was someone else and she was with Tug.

I know that the away teams swapped in and out a little. Might have been Abby working in the prototype. I usually don't stress the details as these stories can be a little fast and loose

That may have been edited as I have just finished reading 3.10 and it is just Vlad and Dominic showing Nathan the cloaking device and Deliza is mentioned because Vlad was supposed to be working on her production line, "in her absence".

re: ENEMIES OF MY ENEMY series 3 book 10.

Maybe this is an obvious answer, but it’s been years between books for me. Hope this is not a spoiler about the identity of the bad guy across the ages / series.

Spoiler maybe?

Spoiler?

Jorim Perona dies in this book, but does he? Seems like he will have a back-up clone or two somewhere.

Is Jorim Perona really the various antagonists from prior series? He has lived a long time …centuries at least. He remembers Nathan and hates him. Is he Captain Dubnyk from the first series — the old man the Aurora rescued from suspended animation in drifting ship. Krispin Dubnyk, right?  That old guy began to look younger and stole a ship from Haven in book 1-7  and later traded jump tech with the Jung Lord Dusahn for something — maybe a bigger ship.  In Book 7 location K1863, Lord Dusahn states that it was fortuitous that he was granted an "Audience with an old man selling miracles".

Is he Maximillian Seneh from the second series. An evil waste of space. He certainly has reason to hate Nathan. And we never saw him die. Did we?

Is he possibly also the AI who started the bio-digital plague and is commanded to ensure his own survival in Fall of the Core? OR if not, did he program the AI??

@skipperk I read the books early when they are released, and I believe it was fixed after a while. After I read the book for the 2nd time Deliza was not there 😉

In chapter 3.12 I believe there was a sentence that Jorim is actually 1500 years old and is moving through the galaxy. If he is Dubnyk, I believe we will need to wait for the author to revile this part of the story. I however have another thought on the “resurrection process”.
If it was possible to scan “consciousness” all the copies that have been created from that “backup” would be able to experience the same thing but in the different body. The thing is that it is the copy of “state of mind” at the time of backup. More over this if you do this “restore from backup” you create being that has the same thoughts, and that have had experienced the same things as it’s predecessor, but it is not the same person. I agree that for both “resurrected” and for all ppl he appear now he might be the same person. The person may even think it is the same person (Jota), but it is not. My point is that the technology so far is not moving mind between bodies but rather creating the copy. If this is the case Jorim may have multiple copies of himself all working for the same goal. With the biosynth pod he could even combine all the copies together into future copies, to share the thoughts and experience of them all, and this is scary option.
