Ryk, Are The Books available for direct buy, or are they amazon exclusive

I was listening to a Dead Robots society podcast about amazon, and audible, and how much they are continuing to find ways to screw you guys, (authors and creators )

I saw in your Ryks Log from a while back, that you were considering pulling your books from amazon exclusive and going to a wide spread, with other sales points or direct buy.

Did this ever happen? i have a few friends that i got into your series, that tend to wait for the audiobooks, but if there is a way to support you more directly and give you more of the cash, we would like to take that option than feed the amazon leech.
