Part 3 Variances

In part 3 there are a few inconsistencies that are contradictions.  In 3.03 in is stated that Deliza was cloned twice but could not be cloned a third time due to a genetic anomaly that would kill her if cloned a third time. In later chapters it is stated that she was adverse to being cloned.  It is also stated that Jacomb came to be created because her biological son was not what she hoped he he would be. But in later chapters, it is stated that she was unable to have children due to her life on Haven and the radiation she was exposed to.   

In part3.14, why the name change from Jacomb to Jakar?
