Finished it in about an hour. Despite the complete departure from the rest of the saga, I loved it. What does everyone else think?

Perfect. A taste to make the wait for 14 better or maybe worse, good for Ryk as it appears to be #1 at the moment and 67 overall on Amazon. I think we will see Mr Brown as #1 on Amazon overall in the not too distant future.

Love the flushing out of the Universe.

really enjoyed the book. Looking forward to books in this vein. Keep up the good work Ryk and get those new writers pumping out books.

Enjoyed it, once again a female character who is both strong and weak, has both good and bad judgement, but overall pulls off live! Love how Ryk writes women as fully developed characters and not just a pretty face.

I am a little shocked that Zero introduced a Villain, but it did it nicely!

Conspiracy theory, The Tech interview and the The Doctor interview were orchestrated by Unknown. He found out about the upcoming Tech people interview and got Camera man A transferred out to Planet Stannis Baratheon so as to get a better one in (who has been out of work for how long exactly? was that 11 months Graham? and you knew two interviewee's got jobs because a little birdie told you?) and hired to Hanna to immediately follow up that interview with the Dead Doctor. That's why he knew the perfect time to hit the Doctors office with the Twister virus. I mean 11 months is a long time to plan out an amazing end of the world style FI opera... which apparently no one will be able to watch repeats of... I think we found future Moriarty. We need to defrost Benedict Cumberbatch quick!!!

(Did anyone else misread the Health Org as GCPD - Gotham City Police Department?:D)

I didn't get a email alert that this was released. Neither Amazon nor the normal FS newsletter notified me. I am very happy I checked in with the forums. It was a very pleasant and welcome surprise. I kinda expected more 'conspiracy' with our intrepid reporters 'knowing' that something was going on and having to track it down. This mini-episode was very fast paced and action packed.

I get the feeling the Doctors office 'window' was hacked. Bring on the next fix please.

Check your junk/spam folder. That's where mine ended up.

It was great, it was awesome, i want more... i feel like that's how i think of every book so far, and they have been getting better each time. In such a short time Ryk sets up the world, one very different from the one in the earlier (or later?) books, and makes it believable and in full color (full immersion almost!) I am so excited for next month!! As to theory's, there is too much we dont know at this point, but i think there is more to Graham we are going to find....

So much potential.

Do we see capt Dubnik (sp?) in this one? Capt Jung? The Takar family's flight from the plague? Who is Unknown and what does unknown do it on purpose or loose control? Maybe unknown is a rampant AI?

So good. Can't wait to find out. Stay safe Ryk.

Ryk, if you can produce one of the Netcast stories a week in the evenings does this mean you are going to do more then one a month?
I am happy to have the extra read, but I think that one of these a Month is good spacing and gives you time to buffer the netcasts and then double back and edit if needed before the unwashed masses get our grubby little fingers on them and the forum

Actually, if I just work on them a few days a week in the evenings, it takes me about a month to write and edit one. So I'm probably sticking with one per month right now.

Netcasts will be released monthly, with the final installment being released the month before episode 1 of part 2 of the Saga.

Sorry, Ryk, but the proofreaders need to step up their game. Netcast Zero location 217 or pretty close after that, character Arielle's name gets spelled as Ariel, then back to Arielle four lines later.

Finally getting around to reading this one. I was trying to hold out until more of it was out, but I had a few minutes at my daughter's dance practice.

Wow, that is a great beginning to the history of the Bio-Digital plague.
Can't wait to read more!

I hope you get approached for movie rights to the frontiers saga! Would be awesome, especially with the special effects we have now. Thinking who would be a good match for the captain...hmmm.......

BTW, I would be happy to proofread anything you have. I'm quite thorough! 😉
