Hi all, I'm not sure if I missed this somewhere but how did they get a jump drive? The only thing I can think is from Caption Dubnik(?) when him and his young men stole a jump shuttle?

My thought is yes, and he got his as a reward.

I think Dubnyk (?) is the unrecognized character Nathan and Jessica meet. With the wealth he received from the Dhusan for the jump drive, he found someone to transplant his mind/fix or modify his body.

In one of the first few books, the mention that an old man requested an audience. They didn't come out and say it, but it was implied that he gave them the jump drive
