I agree with Will thank you. You have given me a way to escape for a while.
I hope you have a good time flying Ryk.
We, on the other hand will spend our days fervent prayer that you do it really well, since we still need for you to write those other 65 books we are all waiting. 🙂
Cheers!
Oh Man where's the count down timer?????? I am getting real anxious for my next Frontier Saga fix!!!!! I just hope it is still on schedule.
Ryk, Please don't go flying until you finish #15! 🙂
So did ryk ever give us a hard date for ep 11?
My understanding is when they know they put a ticket on the home page. I think.
The suspense is killing me! Lol I leave out for military leave this sunday and I was hoping to take the book with me lol

I know on the episode page it just says May 2014 for episode 11 come on seriously we are already into the 14th of may now and when is it coming out ??? Started to re read the first 10 books
Hey yall the best way to get the book is to get on the Mailing list then wait till you get your email. Yes I am getting antsy about the next book too. BUT jeezzzzzzzz give Ryk a break. The book is in now out of his hands.
The proof reader has it.
Ryk knows I have already used my loaner for the month. He is holding out until June 1st so I can get his book as a loaner and buy it the next day. $2 more in his pocket that way.
I've always wondered about that. Does amazon give any $ to authors when a prime member use the Lending feature? I guess they purchase a set of licenses and then lend it out to their members repeatedly. From Ryk's perspective, as long as every prime member want that book in the month that it's released then amazon will buy as many as necessary (discounted?) and the author only lose out on royalties in the subsequent months. One can argue that the loss in the subsequent months is marketing related to get new readers to sign on to the series and hopefully become buyers. It would be an interesting study to not put ep 4-15 on prime to see if more royalties come in. Good luck Ryk!
Gary: I wish I were that clever.
Star Geezer: We get compensated for loans as well. It's some screwy Amazon formula based on how many borrows you get vs how many others get. In general it varies month to month, but in the end, it all comes out to about $2 per loan, the same that I get for a sale.
Now I get what Gary was saying, use prime to loan the book - Ryk gets $2, then if you like and want to have your own perm copy (to reread when waiting desperately just before the next books' release), buy it and Ryk gets another $2. Is that about right? Finally understand.
No gary you got it all wrong. Ryk is waiting for my birthday to release his book(may 16). That way i will read 2 books in 1 month. I think i read somewhere that the book was with the proofreader already, if that its correct we may see the book in 3-5 days 😀 Cant wait.
