Why is part two called Rogue Castes?

Well it did seem that all the castes were not on the same page in episode one so my guess is that it something to do with that. Calling them rogue would imply that what they are doing is against the wishes of the leaders of the Jung home world.
This could lead to some interesting situations where the Jung home world helps Earth against rogue casts attacks to prove they are not behind the attacks in order to keep from getting their planet being turned into an uninhabitable mess with billions being killed.
