I can't buy netcast 02, and 03 on Amazon, they are unavailable. Where can I find them?

@przemek Ryk is going to release the Netcasts as a whole, in a stand alone book. I'm not sure when/where it was said but, the netcast novelas were pulled from amazon pending release of the standalone book which includes all of the previous Netcast storyline elements and a conclusion.
I believe this is to be the next book he releases... so watch this space. Once I have more info on this I will pass it on.
