To further promote the series you could potentially sell them at Comic-Con(s) in US and UK.
Have a Stand there with T-Shirts, Patches, mini Aurora Models (out of 3D Printers) for a fiver/tenner and Episode-One in Soft Cover Form for one GBP or USD in order to get more people hooked.
Bet the Return on Investment (on a long term scale) would be positive.
Next to T-Shirts ... how is actually the Uniform Design?
You got particular Ideas for that or can we make a fan-contest here on the forum ?
Speaking of 3D printers, are there any .stl files that fans can print?

If it hasn't already been drawn up, I would like to put my vote in for a Molo shirt. Something like an advertisement for a molo stew at a street vendor would be neat.
