I am a huge fan of this series! In fact, while waiting for episode 10 I have gotten my "fix" by reading the first 9 over again. Had to fill in some details in my head! Anyways, I thought it would be cool to put a countdown to the next book once you were aware of the publication date. Is that possible? Does anyone else think this would be a cool idea?

Yeah it would be awesome, but, Ryk its the one in charge of the website, so he would need to put time in to making a Timer, Time he could be using to get working on the 11th book... I asked if we could get like an early sample and that's the answer i got.

The book should be out in a week or maybe sooner. I feel your pain, im refreshing amazon every 3 hours.

I'm wondering if the website's email notification is fixed, so it will not have the same delay it did for Episode 9. That would save you from having to refresh all the time. 🙂

The countdown is a great idea and has been added to the site. We will do this for each release going forward.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Is it bad that I already finished it? I tried to pace myself but I ended up blowing through 96 percent of the book yesterday, and finished the last few pages today!

No, but the longer it would have took you to read it, the less time you would have spent waiting for the next one. Now the countdown is about 3 months (12 weeks).

I got the email, bought the book, and read 60% that night. Then I had to drive home from vacation, and couldn't finish it for a few days. I had to stay off of this board, to make sure I didn't hear a spoiler accidentally. 🙁

Mow it is back to 3 months of waiting.

Wow. Finished book 10 on the train home tonight. Simply awesome.

More please Mr Brown. I cannot wait for ep 11.

Wishlist... support from the PC in way of more Falcons, more Ghazatak and at least one ship. I'm not greedy, a frigate will do, needent be the Avandhal.

Predictions... I expect there may be trouble in Tanna before long as the Yung come in on patrol and there may be probing of earth defences. Big trouble on a devastated earth as the population both hails their freedom, fears retaliation and retribution is dished out to collaborators.

Ps more Falcons please. I'm sure Caius must have had a pile in storage. I always picture the Falcon as a twin seat BSG Viper all be it with a nasty chin turret.

Thanks Ryk if your reading these forums. You have done a wonderful job.

I have pictured the Falcon as a flying wing type of craft with a extended cockpit out the nose...
